The basic patents of LIMEX have been registered in 40 countries including Japan, China, Europe and the United States. LIMEX is registered in the sustainable technology dissemination platform “STePP” by UNIDO as a recyclable material that can be an alternative to paper and plastic. It is economically and ecologically friendly as “limestone” is a highly sustainable material with abundant reserves all over the world.

LIMEX products have now been delivered to over 6,000 companies across Japan and foreign countries and the number is still growing rapidly. TBM’s own technology in high-performance masterbatches. TBM’s technology is not only in keeping a high filling rate of CaCO3 in the application, but also in multiple directions as “Biomass LIMEX” and “weight control” etc. Biodegradable/marine degradable LIMEX is also under development. The technical advantages of high filler dispersion and microparticle size allow LIMEX HPM to achieve the high filler filling rate with less performance degradation.
